FRIENDS OF EUCLID CREEK JUNE UPDATE

Hi, Everyone,

Just a few messages this month.

6/15 Annual Meeting was very successful. We updated 30 people about our activates over the last year and one-half. After the presentations many stayed to discuss concerns. It was a very productive and fun meeting. Here is the link to the PowerPoint slides if you missed the meeting. The recording will be posted on the website later. https://www.friendsofeuclidcreek.com/educational-materials

2021 Scholarship Winner is Nina Savastano of Lyndhurst. Nina is a senior at John Carroll University in their Environmental Science Program. See more in our Scholarship section of the website https://www.friendsofeuclidcreek.com/scholarship.

HELP WANTED:

1) Anyone have time to do a bit of research for community activities around the watershed? Phone calls and/or internet search for a phone #, officials contact names, etc. Please reply to me.

2) Natalie Keyerleber is going to train a few people to use our new watershed Enviroscape watershed demonstration table. If you would like to learn how to use the table to teach people "what happens on the land affects our water" please contact her. (Kids love this table!)

Please note: Volunteers are needed to help with occasional small tasks, or one-time projects. No need to join the board or committees. Every bit helps!
