Managing Native Landscapes: From Mulch to Maintenance

So, you’ve planted a native tree, shrub, or garden. Now what?

Native landscapes need less maintenance, but they’re not “plant it and forget it.” Learn how to keep them thriving with tips on mulching, pruning, seed saving, Fall care, plant ID, and more in this hands-on workshop!

 

FREE soil test kit, native plants. and resources (as supplies last)

 

Light refreshments will be provided.

 

Workshop is free but registration is required.

Parking and Bus Route
Please park in the lot at W. 38th and Bridge. The event will be held in the Club Building. There is free parking on site.  St. Patrick Church is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop at Lorain Ave. & West 32nd Street (Bus 22)
Can I bring children to this event?

Accessibility
There are 10+ stairs to the Oak Room at St. Patrick Church, however there is a chair lift on the stairs. Please reach out to Amy Roskilly with any questions about the accessibility of this event - aroskilly@cuyahogswcd.org or 216/503-1317.
