Friends of Euclid Creek presents "A Survey of Moses Cleaveland Trees in the Watershed" by Dr. Roy Larick on October 26, 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be in person at Shore Cultural Centre Community Room, 291 East 222 Street, Euclid, Ohio. Masks are required in the building.

In 1796, Moses Cleaveland found a diverse native forest at the mouth of the Cuyahoga. From 1946 to 1986, some 273 trees were designated in Moses's honor as living landmarks of that forest. Roy will present the trees as living representatives of Cleveland's prehistoric forest and as resources for restoring old growth woodlands in Cleveland.
