RFQ Issued for Euclid Creek Willoughby-Eastlake School of Innovation Restoration Project

PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Pursuant to ORC 940, Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District (CSWCD) is Statements of Qualifications (SOQ), and intends to contract for design, engineering and construction (design-build) services for the Willoughby-Eastlake School of Innovation Stream Restoration project that is being funded by an award through a United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) Section 319(h) Nonpoint Source Project Grant (319 Grant) through the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) and through the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District’s Stormwater Program. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and additional information are available at www.cuyahogaswcd.org/news. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk-through is scheduled for April 24 at 3:30pm at the School of Innovation at 32500 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills, Ohio 44094, meet in the rear parking lot. SOQ will be received at the Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD), 3311 Perkins Ave., Suite 100, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 until 4:00 pm (local time), May 4, 2018.
