Carla Regener, CPESC, CESSWI

Carla has 20+ years of experience in the fields of environmental planning, stormwater management and natural resource preservation.  As the Natural Resource Manager for the District, she administers the post-construction stormwater management program which evaluates over 1900 stormwater control measures throughout the County.   Her role with the district involves field inspection, assessment and reporting as well as technical assistance and stormwater education to landowners and community officials.  

In her spare time, Carla enjoys being outdoors – biking, camping, and hiking with her family.  Some of her favorite outdoor places in Northeast Ohio include:   Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach Reservation), Brandywine Falls (Cuyahoga Valley National Park), and Squires Castle (North Chagrin Reservation).
