Rain Barrel Workshop – Maple Heights

Thanks to the generosity of West Creek Conservancy, 1 Rain Barrel System will be FREE to the first 20 participants (first registered, first serve – must be a Maple Heights resident). Must be installed in Maple Heights. Limit 1 per household.
Learn how to harvest rainwater for all your garden needs and to combat stormwater pollution in your community by constructing a rain barrel!
A rain barrel is a container used to collect and store rainwater that would otherwise be lost to runoff and likely diverted to a storm drain. Collected water may then be used to water lawns and gardens.
No additional barrels will be available at this event. Anyone can register to “just listen” to attend the workshop to learn more about rain barrels.
