Description
Learn how to harvest rainwater for all your garden needs and to combat stormwater pollution in your community!
A rain barrel is a container used to collect and store rainwater that would otherwise be lost to runoff and likely diverted to a storm drain. Collected water may then be used to water lawns and gardens.
This workshop includes a 20-minute presentation on the importance of rain barrels and a demonstration on how to build one. Guided by Cuyahoga SWCD staff, participants will build their own rain barrel to take home.
Pre-payment is required.
